Get our guide to Making the Unfundable, Fundable

Since being established in 2009 by Glen Morgan FCICM (Grad), the team at Credebt Ltd. have recovered over £750 million for our clients on over 2,500 cases, representing all sizes, industries and scenarios. Over 90% of these cases have resulted in either the Funder being repaid in full or exceeding the Statement of Affairs Figure set for recoveries in an insolvency.

Our clients include most of the major Invoice Finance Funders, such as HSBC, Close Brothers, Bibby and NatWest, as well as Insolvency Practitioners such as Begbies Traynor, Mazars and Teneo, and Turnaround Specialists

The main reason why Credebt achieve such exceptional success is that everyone in the team has at least 20 years’ experience in Credit Management or Invoice Finance. From the Recoveries Director Rachel Blacker to the Non-Executive Director Jeff Longhurst, they are all senior experts in their field.

And of course, there is the founder, Glen Morgan. Glen’s journey to setting up Credebt began with a distinguished 17-year career in Senior Corporate Credit Management, primarily with large blue-chip companies dealing with significant financial challenges

Throughout his career, Glen brought hundreds of millions of pounds into the organisations he worked for. He did this by improving processes, motivating teams, formulating policies and procedures, and adept negotiations with customers. These strategic moves helped to unclog cash flow bottlenecks and minimise payment delays, ultimately facilitating the improved cash flow

Glen’s professional credentials are a testament to his commitment and expertise. He holds the titles of MCICM Graduate and Fellow of the Institute, and is widely acknowledged as an industry expert.

His influence extends to education, where he has left a lasting mark by writing the Credit Control syllabus for the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), which currently forms the foundation of studies for CICM students in the UK.
