With an increase in the number of frauds, we know how important it is for funders to monitor their clients closely.

To assist with this, we offer a Fixed Fee Telephone Debtor Verification (TDV) service, which is charged at £1K + VAT, regardless of ledger size, number of debtors to contact and the length of time we spend on it.

We would suggest this service is useful for any client you have any concerns with at all, but specifically if any of the following are apparent:

* End Column more than 10% of the ledger
* DSO recently increased by 10 days or more
* Recent audit produced concerns
* Reconciliation issues

New Business. We offer the same service at take on once a deal has passed Credit, and you are looking to sign up the business, subject to verification.

The TDV will be carried out by an experienced Credit Control Team who all have a minimum of 15 years’ experience, and you will get a full report as quickly as possible, to provide you with the answers you need.

After the TDV, we will be able to advise the correct course of action for you and your client. If this happens to lead to any further work required and Credebt are engaged, this fee is offset against future fees, which means that the TDV was free of charge, unless it stays as a standalone piece of work.

• Improve Credit and Collections Policy and Procedures, including Staff Review
• Assist with Collections
• Take over Collections – Intensive Care
• Pre-appointment Credit Control
• Controlling the Funds Out position 

No two circumstances are the same, so we have to be agile in our approach and ensure we do what is best for you, our client, to manage the risk with the Debtor Book, and prepare for all possible outcomes, including potential Insolvency and therefore a Collect Out.

Depending on the course of action we will review the results of each and move on to the next stage if and when required. We will advise on all the options available and the potential outcomes for each, and make our suggestions as to what is required and how quickly.
